The Group's Eilat tourism facilities include the Le Meridien, an all-suite and private apartment 250-unit hotel with seafront views from every apartment and the Club Med Coral Beach, an all inclusive 287 rooms hotel in the north beach of Eilat.

In Tel Aviv The Group hold interest in the new Sheraton City Tower Hotel, a 200 rooms business hotel in the center of the diamond district. In Hungary The Group owns two hotels in Budapest. The first to open was the Pava Hotel, a three stars hotel consisting of 220 rooms that schedule to service the low budget tourist coming to the capital city.

The Group designed, developed and built the Herzliya Country Club, serving Herzliya residents and featuring three swimming pools (including one Olympic-sized) and water slides, a fully-equipped fitness center, five tennis courts, sauna, game room, playgrounds for older and younger children, recreational and picnic areas, and special events facilities.
